1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at [your email/phone] with your order number.
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

b. After Dispatch

  • Once the printer is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, as courier charges and processing fees have already been incurred.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

a. Damaged Product Received

  • If the product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof required: clear unboxing video + images of the damaged item and package.
  • After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund.

b. Manufacturing Defect

  • If there is a manufacturer defect, we will assist with repair/replacement as per company warranty policy.

c. Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch
  • Printer consumables (ink, ribbon, stickers, cartridges) once opened
  • Physical or liquid damage caused by the customer
  • Issues due to incompatible software or accessories
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or serial numbers

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be returned to the original payment method
  • In some cases, bank processing time may vary

5. Replacement Policy

Replacements may be provided if:

  • The product has a verified defect
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Damage occurred in transit (based on courier inspection)

Replacements are subject to product availability.


6. Return Shipping

  • In case of defective, damaged, or wrong product, we cover return shipping charges.
  • For customer-initiated returns (if approved), shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for printers once the product is opened or used, unless there is a verified defect.
