1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Bulk orders or special printer models may require additional processing time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier companies to ensure safe and fast delivery:

  • Blue Dart

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • Ecom Express

  • India Post (for remote or out-of-service pincode areas)

All shipments include tracking details.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier operational issues.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs depend on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be available during special offers or selected products.

  • Any additional taxes or entry charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.


5. Dispatch & Tracking

  • After dispatch, customers receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID and courier link.

  • Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after shipment.


6. Packaging

We pack all printers and accessories with:

  • Shock-proof materials

  • Tamper-proof sealing

  • Quality tested boxes

This ensures safe transit and protection from damage.


7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable:

  • The parcel may be returned to our warehouse

  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipment


8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your shipment arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours

  • Submit unboxing video + photos for verification

Without proper proof, we may not be able to process claims with the courier.


9. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Wrong contact number

  • Customer unavailability

Re-delivery charges may apply.


10. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, unless approved through a special business arrangement.
