Product Warranty
All printers come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, burnt parts, or mishandling.
Return & Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
Service & Support
We provide installation assistance and basic setup guidance.
On-site service (if required) may include additional visiting charges depending on the location.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
For bulk orders, advance payment is required to initiate processing.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.
Product Usage
Customers are responsible for using the printer with compatible inks, labels, or accessories.
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications voids the warranty.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions.
Taxes, shipping, and additional service charges may apply.
Liability Limitations
We are not liable for data loss, productivity loss, or business interruption caused by printer malfunction.
Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase value.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must verify product compatibility with their system before purchase.
Consumables such as ink, ribbon, toner, and labels are not covered under warranty.
